Spella is a product of Spell. This page sets out the terms on which we offer the service and you use it. By using Spella you agree to these terms.
What Spella is — and isn't
Spella is an entertainment and reflection service grounded in astrological tradition. Spella does not predict the future and is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. Use her readings as one perspective among many.
Your account
You must be at least 16 years old to use Spella. You're responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. One person, one account.
Credits and payments
Reading credits are non-transferable, non-refundable except as described in our refund policy, and have no cash value outside the service. We may change pricing with notice.
Acceptable use
Don't use Spella to harass, deceive, or harm others. Don't ask Spella to plan or assist with illegal activity. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
Content
Your birth data, questions, and reading transcripts remain yours. By using Spella, you grant us the rights necessary to operate the service — to store, display, and process your data on your behalf.
Liability
Spella is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and aren't liable for any decisions you make based on a reading. Astrology is a lens, not a verdict.
Changes
We may update these terms; we'll mark the date above. Significant changes will be communicated by email when reasonable.
