Refund policy

If a Spella reading didn't work for you, we want to make it right. Email hello@askspella.com within 7 days of the reading and we'll refund the credit. No interrogation, no friction.

For credit packs purchased but unused, we offer a full refund within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days, unused credits remain on your account indefinitely — they don't expire.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
